Valeria Necchio has written an exceptionally beautiful book about country food from the Veneto, dividing her recipes into private ones that she remembers of her childhood. Others tell the story of the past and of the present of this countryside surrounding the Lagoon, with many similarities and yet, there’s a distinctive presence.
