Relaunching Carnival in 1978, almost 200 years after it was abolished in 1797, we have come a long way. Along this path, Carnival lost many supporters but there’s a trend now that Venetians start re-connecting. I’m referring to the high-quality initiatives in town, Carnival is turning into a valuable few weeks for Venetians to explore the past.
